3.1. ShikorDriftXR Perpetual (Marketplace Version)

• License Grant: The purchase of this version from a third-party marketplace (e.g., the Fab marketplace by Epic Games) grants you a perpetual (lifetime) license.

• Scope: This license allows you to use the feature set of the Software as it exists at the time of your purchase.

• Updates: This license includes future updates for bug fixes and compatibility with new Unreal Engine versions only. It does not include access to new feature updates.

3.2. ShikorDriftXR Pro (Subscription Version)

• License Grant: This version is licensed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually) and is available directly from our Site.

• Scope: An active subscription grants you access to all current and all future features of the Software.

• Updates: This license includes all updates: new features, bug fixes, and engine compatibility updates.

• Activation: This version requires an active internet connection for periodic license validation. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, the Software will cease to be fully functional.

4. General License Restrictions (Applies to Both Versions)
You may not, under any circumstances:

• Resell, rent, lease, or redistribute the Software or your license key.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Software.

5. Intellectual Property
The Software is owned by Shikorviz and is protected by copyright laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Software.

6. Payments, Renewals, and Refunds

• Payments: All payments are handled by secure, third-party Merchant of Record services. Shikorviz does not store your payment information.

• Subscription Renewals: Pro subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by you prior to the renewal date.

• Refund Policy: Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our product, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. We provide extensive documentation and videos to help you make an informed decision before purchasing.

7. Termination
Shikorviz reserves the right to terminate your license to use the Software if you violate any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
